Election ofl Mayor Pro-Tem  The City Attorney didn't arrive and Mayor Clancy instructed the City Clerk to contact him immediately. Attorney Braun was reached by text mail and questioned could Councilmember Washington serve as Mayor Pro-Tem he replied "ofcourse". The Vote was tied and Mayor Clancy broke the tie by voting for Councilmember Washington. Councilmember Washington was elected by a vote of three to two. The motion passed with three votes for Councilmember Washington and two votes for Councilmember Lee.
