Mayor Pro- Liberty County Development Authority (LCDA) - Intergovernmental Agreement For The Transportation, Treatment and Disposal of Waste Water. - Atty Abbott will attend the February Drainage Issue at 177 Medway Drive Councilmember Gerace stated she is still looking for Liberty County Library Board - Ms. Sandra Hicks-Sheffield gave al briefoverview of why the Liberty County Library Board would like tol have the Midway/Riceboro Library Branch named after two retired Librarians, the late Mrs. Weorsie Smith and the late Mrs. Neloweze Cooper. Georgia Power (Street Lights) - Mr. Randy Mayfield stated, "Hinesville and Savannah already have the LED lights". The lights are pointed downward on the roadway. A few oft the lights would be changed because they are too bright. Councimember Gerace made the motion to enter into the Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. Councilmember Stevens seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Ms. Misty Schmitt had concerns about the lighting being in the blue spectrum. Mr. Mayfield answered the questions. Oglethorpe Hwy., Midway, Georgia by the Honorable Mayor Levern Clancy,Jr. Officials Attendance: Levern Clancy, Jr., Mayor; Clemontine F. Washington, Mayor Pro-Tem; Catherine M. Gerace, Councilmember; T, Gerald Lee, Councilmember, and Henry O. Stevens, Jr., Staff Attendance: Lynette G. Cook-Osborne, City Clerk; Terrell L. Chipp, Sr., Public Works Manager; Ursula G.
