Review and approve the Marietta Historic Preservation Commission April 1,2024 Ar motion was made by Commission member Trimble, seconded by Commission member Campbell, that the April 1, 2024 Historic Preservation Commission regular meeting minutes be Approved as Amended to include the attendance. The motion  carried by the following vote: Vote: 5-0-0  BUSINESS: 20240504  Election of Officers  Nominate and elect officers (Chairman, Vice-Chairman) for thel Historic Preservation Amotion was made by Commission member Paden, seconded by Commission member Kendall, to nominate David Freedman for the 2024-2025 term as Chairman of the Historic Preservation Commission. The motion was Approved and  Commission 2024-2025 term beginning. July 1,2024  Finalized and carried by the following vote:  Vote 5-0-0  Amotion was made by Commission member Paden, seconded by Commission member Trimble, that the nominations for Chairperson be closed. The motion was  Approved and Finalized and carried by the following vote:  Vote 5-0-0  A motion was made by Commission member Paden, seconded by Commission member Campbell, to nominate Martin Kendall for the 2024-2025 term as Commission Vice-Chairperson. The motion was Approved and Finalized and  carried by the following vote: Vote 4-0-1 Kendall Abstained  AI motion was made by Commission member Campbell, seconded by Commission member Paden, that the nominations for Vice-Chair be closed.
