Compassion Church Sign Permit Application - LCPC recommendation is approval. Councilmember Gerace made the motion to approve the Compassion Church Sign Permit. Councilmember Lee seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote- of three (3) to one (1). Councilmember Gerace, Councilmember Lee and Councilmember Stevens voted for the motion. B. American Legion Solicitor for Charitable Purpose Permit - LCPC recommendation is approval. Councilmember Gerace made the motion to approve the American Legion Solicitor for Charitable Purpose Permit. Councilmember Lee seconded the motion. The motion passed C. Rear Parking Area Surface - Mr. Nadji present the City Council with a copy of the City ordinance on parking areas. He stated that the parking at the new city hall could not be gravel. It was the consensus ofthe City Council to bei incompliance with the city ordinance. Mrs. Lee received three (3) bids on the installation of 6" privacy fence which was mandated by Environmental Protection Division during the annual inspection. The fence is being placed around the water tank located at 10490 E. Oglethorpe Hwy. The bids were from Hinesville Fence Company $7,652.50, American Fence Company $6,825.00 and Savannah Fence Company $9,125.00. American Fence Company bid was awarded the contract at $6,825.00. unanimously.
