Official Minutes of the Midway City Council  2019 Final Budget Workshop and Capital Improvement Adoption  December 10,2018  The Midway City Council 2019 Final Budget Workshop and Capital Improvement Adoption was called to order at 5:00 p.m. at the Midway Police Department in the Midway Municipal Courtroom located at 10490 E. Oglethorpe Hwy., Midway, Georgia by the Honorable Mayor, Officials Attendance: Levern Clancy,Jr., Mayor; Clemontine F. Washington, Mayor Pro-Tem; T. Gerald Lee, Councilmember; Catherine Melice Gerace, Councilmember and. Henry O.  Levern Clancy,Jr.  Stevens, Jr., Councilmember.  Staff Attendance: Lynette G. Cook-Osborne, City Clerk  Moment ofs Silence  Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag was recited in unison.  Approval of Agenda dated December 10, 2018 - Councilmember Gerace, made the motion to approve the 2019 Final Budget Workshop and Capital Improvement Adoption Meeting Agenda. Mayor Pro-Tem Washington seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 2019 Final Proposed Budget - Mayor Clancy presented the 2019 Final Proposed Budget (attached). The Mayor and Council reviewed each line item. Councilmember Lee reminded Announcements - Mayor Clancy announced the Regular Monthly Council meeting will start at Adjournment - Mayor Pro-Tem Washington made a motion to adjourn the 2018 Final Budget Workshop and Capital Improvement meeting at 5:33 p.m. Councilmember Lee seconded the  Council to change finance salary.  6:00 p.m.  motion.
