Official Minutes ofthe Midway City Council Third Budget Workshop December 3,2018  Call to Order The Third Budget Workshop and Capital Improvement Preparation Session for the 2019 Budget meeting was called to order at 6.00 p.m. at the Midway Police Department in the Midway Municipal Courtroom located at 10490 E. Oglethorpe Hwy., Midway, Georgia by the Honorable Mayor, Officials Attendance: Levern Clancy, Jr., Mayor; Clemontine F. Washington, Mayor Pro-Tem; T. Gerald Lee, Councilmember; Catherine Melice Gerace, Councilmember and Henry O. Stevens,  Levern Clancy,Jr.  Councilmember.  Staff Attendance: Lynette G. Cook-Osborne, City Clerk; Ursula G. Lee, Utility Supervisor and Terrell  L. Chipp, Public Works Director/Fire Chief.  Moment of Silence  Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag was led by CouncimemberLee.  Approval of Agenda - Mayor Pro-Tem Washington made the motion to approve the agenda of the Third Budget Workshop and Capital Improvement Preparation Session. Councilmember Stevens 2019 Proposed Budget Presentation - Mayor Clancy presented the 2019 Proposed Budget. The following items were discussed: and suggested for the 2019 Proposed Budget.  seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.  General  City Clerk - Business License proposed revenue $ 48,000.00 Finance Finance Salary $ 20,658.86 Municipal Court Travel Expense $ 800.00 Professional & Legal $ 25,000.00  Police Department - Uniforms $10,000.00; Turnout Gear $ 5,000.00; Capital Outlay - One vehicle  Enterprise  Announcements - The Council will be meeting the following dates and time: December 10, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. for the Final Budget Workshop and Capital Improvement Adoption and December 10, 2018 Adjournment - Councilmember Gerace made a motion to adjourn the third budget meeting.
