Reviewed Revenue: and Expense through November 2023, noting that thel last payroll and AP run would happen later in the week. FY23 will meet Revenues budget Decrease FY24 Ins Premium taxes. Jeff Patterson position is now open. Hiring ofal Maintenance Supervisor FY24 Budget starts with Personnel Expenses; changes include: Police department changing from part-time Chiefto full time Chief. Deputy Clerk: salaries now paid 75% General Fund and 25%' Water Deputy Court Clerk: salaries 25% Court and 75% General Fund. Discussion Group Ins - Ms. Lane will check on setting up: a video call to explain coverages in quotes. Tom's Pond - maintenance costs included; aerator can be allocated to SPLOST Beautification - Palm Trees that were losti in Idalia can be reimbursed by FEMA. Lights are Maintenance Department - Supervisor position and/or part time employees were discussed; also the possibility of contracting temporary help as needed rather than carrying three full- not currently in the budget time employees on the payroll. FEMA - debris cleanup needs to be put out for bid. Chief Bannister request full time Chief and 31 full time officers Discussed purchasing new Utility, Finance, and Court software; possibly would be cheaper than Tyler. 1 Backhoe Payment to bej paid in December 2023. Veterans Memorial plaque needs tol be put up. CAPITALITEMS Maintenance - trash truck with knuckle boom, 10x12 building for maintenance office, Fuel tank for maintenance yard Managed IT - need cyber security. Building/ adding on to City Hall Police: New Patrol Car, Computer equipment for all cars.
