Discuss Next Steps for Business/Industrial Regulations, AB 17-127 - Planning Senior Planner Sutton addressed Council providing an update on the most current activity on this agenda Council agreed to work with staff to amend the permited/conditional uses and add/modify use definitions fori the Business/Idustrial zone, similar to what is shown in the proposal as well as have further discussion item. on pertormance based standards and future department work plans. Public Comment Charles Schmid provided a memo addressing his concerns on the Business/Industria Zone. Steve Rabago owner of the Day Road Industrial Park, said the property owners want to stay engaged with the City on the decision-making process. Terry McGuire reiterated that the property owners want to bei involved. Lisa Macchio suggested that schools are identified on the map and the storage of hazardous materials are prohibited. Brandon Fouts offered that a vision statement would be useful and valuable. 6. NEW BUSINESS- -8:09 PM A.
