CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND  SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2017 MEETING MINUTES  1. CALLTO ORDER  Mayor Tollefson called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Blossom, and Councilmembers Scott, Roth, Townsend, Medina and Peltier  were present. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Council adjoured toi the Planning Conference Room to discuss with legal counsel matters relating to litigation or potential litigation to which the city, the governing body, oral member acting in an official capacity is, oris is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency pursuant to RCW/42.30.10(D0.  3.
