Motion to approve A RESOLUTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF LUMPKIN COUNTY AUTHORIZING, INTER. ALIA, THE ISSUANCE OFI ITS TAXABLE REVENUE BONDS( (THGEORGIA, LLC PROJECT), SERIES 2024 INA A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT  TO EXCEED $19,280,000: Chuck Jones. Second: A.C. Moore. Motion carried.  Motion to amend DALC Bylaws: Motion: Chuck. Jones. Second: A.C. Moore. Motion carried.  Discussion to recommend to the Board of Commissioners to appoint Robb Nichols, Henry Davis, Chuck.
