Moore,  Joy Edelburg  Board Members Absent: Donna Minnich, Wyman Walden  Staff Present: Robb Nichols  Other Guests Present: Rebecca Mincey, Kathy Papa, Abby Brannan, Sean Phipps  Meeting called to order by Chairman Henry Davis at 9:01 A.M.  Motion to approve the agenda with the amendment to include adding approval of the Satellite Industries Engagement letter under the Economic Investment Program section: Motion: Chuck, Jones. Second: A.C. Moore. Motion carried. Associate members reports were given by Sean Phipps (Lumpkin County' Water & Sewer Authority), Rebecca Mincey Motion to approve May 14th and. June 5th, 2024 meeting minutes:: Motion: Clarence Stowers. Second: A.C. Moore.  (Lumpkin County Assistant County Manager), and Kathy Papa (DCA).  Motion carried.  Robb provided the May financial report.  Motion to accept Financial Report: Motion: Clarence Stowers. Second: Mac McConnell. Motion carried. Abby Brannan presented a summary of Lumpkin County Audit pertaining to the DALC. Industries: Motion: A.C. Moore. Second: Chuck. Jones. Motion carried.  Motion to approve Satellite Industries Engagement Letter and approve Agreement regarding Taxation for Satellite  Motion to amend DALC Bylaws: Motion: Chuck. Jones. Second: A.C. Moore. Motion carried.  Motion to appoint Chuck. Jones tot fill the remaining term oft the Vice-Chair for the DALC: Motion: Mac McConnell. Motion to update DALC Asset Listing with the County Finance Department: Motion: A.C. Moore, Second: Mac McConnell.  Second: Clarence! Stowers. Motion carried.  Motion carried.
