Reports attached and to be posted on White County' Website.  Riskl Limiting Audit completed May 30, 2024, 10:00 AM, BOEROffice.  BOE staff will use Opti-Signs application (recently acquired) to provide real time presentation of vote  results on large screen displays in BOE office on election night. Mike Mays led discussion ofi impact on County staff concerning disabled voter potentially requiring physical assistance on in-person election day voting. Elections Supervisor Veatertor researchi issue with appropriate Chair! Nix requested BOERS staff to reviewl logistics setup of Mossy Creek Precinct for November 2024 General Election. Suggestion of use of larger open design building for voting to allow space fora anticipated largerin-  oversite authorities and advise Board of herf findings.  person turnout.
