CITIZEN PARTICIPATION I- CALL' TO ORDER II-WORKSESSION Joel Stuart, Kristen Achtziger, Damon Rahn Chairman Corbitt called the session to order at 4:03pm Discussion of the TSPLOST & LMIG Preliminary List (1) County Manager Callanan gave an overview of LMIG Supplemental, LMIG 2025, and In order to minimize remobilization costs, and to move from one road tot the next, the county has concentrated on roads in certain areas. District 1 will receive the majority ofthel LMIG and' TSPLOST allocations for 2025, along with a few projects in District 2. Courthouse Road will be resurfaced soon, and the bad curve between Midland and Little McCall will be addressed during that time. There was already a section of road between Midland and Big Ti resurfaced two years ago, sO that section did not require resurfacing. Until the parkway is completed, the road will stop, and they will use the gateway to access thej parkway. The roads will be awarded by the end oft the summer, Development Services Director Candler and County Manager Callanan explained the revised Codes, Comprehensive Plans, and the Commercial Corridor overlay district in the region between Port Wentworth and Chatham County on 21 and Rincon City. TSPLOST Summer Contract. and construction will begin in March. The Borad engaged in a discussion regarding moratoriums.
