The Annual Christmas at the Fort will be held in Fort Gaines, Georgia at the Cornelia Clubhouse and adjoining Pioneer Village located at 201 N. Bluff Street on: SATURDAY BEFORE THANKSG/VING9 3. NO FLEA MARKET ITEMS ALLOWED. The sponsor reserves the right to return any application. 4. Please make sure to provide an email address and/or phone number for confirmation. 5. IF YOU WISH TO RESERVE A PARTICULAR SPACE, APPLICATION MUST BE RETURNED BY. JULY31 DURING YEAR OF EVENT. Even if you made a request last year or have had the same space for years, we must receive your application by the above date to try and accommodate your request, if 6. We have approximately 20 inside and 125 outside spaces. Size of inside spaces may vary. Outside spaces are approximately 12'x12'. NO TABLES WILL BE PROVIDED. Clubhouse and Scout House exhibitors may bring one table no larger than 3'x6. Electricity is available with some spaces for an additional cost. See fee schedule on application. Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords. Except for emergencies the entry fee is non-refundable. Any exhibitor may set up on Friday beginning at 12p.m. Food trailers MUST set up on Friday. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. Security is on duty Friday night from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. 7. Exhibitors must set up and be ready to go by 8:30 am. The street will close at 9:00a.m. with no exceptions. No vehicles are allowed to remain inside the venue area. No exhibits can be removed before 4:00 pm.
