Town of Williamsport Mayor & Town Council Special Session Minutes - June 3, 2024  On. June 3, 2024, the Mayor & Town Council for the Town of Williamsport held a Public Hearing for the application or funding for sidewalks in designated areas. Those members of the elected body who were present included Mayor William Green, Assistant Mayor Dennis Grove, Councilman Jim Braswell, Councilman Charles Brown, Councilman Earle Pereschuk, and Councilman Ben Tinsley. Town employees in attendance were Chad Rooney, Town Manager,  and Ed Kuczynski, Town Attorney.  Mayor Green called the Special Session to order at 4:04pm.  Mayor Green called for ai motion to approve the Community Development Block Grant Resolution as presented and authorize him to sign the Statement of Assurances and Certifications. Councilman Braswell motioned to pass the resolution and provide authorization to the Mayor to sign the Statement of Assurances and Certifications as presented; Councilman Pereschuk Councilman Brown motioned to close the Public Hearing; Councilman Tinsley seconded; the  seconded; the motion passed unanimously. meeting adjourned at 4:05pm.
