Approval of Minutes of the July 16, 2024 Board of Estimates Meeting  The minutes of the. July 16, 2024 Board of Estimates Meeting were approved by general consent. Item No. 08-20-24-01  Ms. Welsh presented Solicitation No. 25-099 on behalf of Karen Winkowski, Linda Myers- Independent Contractor; Ms. Susan Welsh from the Department of Community Services, Office on Aging, is requesting approval for Linda Myers to support the Community Health and Wellness Team with events at senior housing sites. Home-delivered meals willl bei monitored, and health and fitness programs inr multiple senior facilities will also be provided. Mr. Nick Kuba from the Office of Information and Communication Technology stated that this proposal is for the purchase, implementation, training, and the first-year subscription fee for Tyler Supervision software that will provide the Community Work Service Program (CWSP) at the Circuit Court with enhanced program operation and capabilities. Ms. Miller presented Solicitation No. 25-111; SMARTnet Renewal; Piggyback- State of Maryland Hardware Contract Ms. Emily Miller from the Harford County Sheriffs Office stated that this proposal is for the purchase of SMARTnet subscription services that support Cisco hardware, licensing, and Cisco subscription services.
