Council members present were Dennis Kimble, Matt Chance (via Zoom), Chris Weatherly, and Michael Wright. Council member Shane Rossman was absent. Mayor Burhans reported that the Public Hearing was posted in the Frederick News Post on May 24 and May 30, 2024. The hearing notice was posted on the website, Facebook, and Town Hall door and emailed Town- wide on May 23, 2024. A link on the agenda directed you to the documents relating to this Ordinance. This item was talked about at the last meeting and that Ms. Butler sent out invoices as requested, as well as other supplemental information. He stated that any monies being distributed in this program must be approved by Council. He received many comments on1 the event, including that every penny the Town spent Councilman Kimble reported on his efforts to stop the foundation leaking at Town Hall. was worth it.
