TOWNOFZOLFOSPRINGS REGULAR MEETING MARCH. 26, 2024  TUESDAY  6:00PM  Chairman call to order: Commissioners Roll Call: Roll Call.  The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PMI by the Mayor.  Present: Lupe Deleon, Rod Cannon, Sara! Schofield, Didi White, Martina Zuniga  Linda Roberson (Not voting), Gerald Buhr (Not voting), Deputy Rupert (Not voting), Susan Williamson (Not voting).  Regular Meeting:  Proclamation Declaring April as Donate Life Month Proclamation Declaring April as Water Conservation Month  Consent. Agenda: Accounts Payables Meeting Minutes Sheriff's Statistic Reports  Water & Waste/Water & Transportation Monthly Reports  Motion: Consent Agenda, Action: Approve, Moved by Didi White, Seconded by Lupe Deleon.  Motion passed unanimously.  Mayor Comments: Attorney Comments:  April Ridge League Dinner will be in Lakeland  The Town will not lose the 25% surcharge for water utilities outside the Town limits at this time. Sam Fite, 104 E. Main St, Bowling Green, FL 33834 also commented on Form 6  All Commissioners must complete Form 6    Town Manager Comments:  The Main Street and Sewer Plant Legislative grant requests did not pass this year. The money for the Sanitary Collection Survey did pass. Our engineer Jason, has delivered plans for Main Street for review.  Clerk Comments: Hardee Story Map was presented.  Hardee County Long Term Recovery Plan was presented.  Invitation to The Development Group's survey results presentation at the BOCC workshop  Old Business: None New Business: None Citizen Items:  Donald Chancey of Chancey Design Group, PO Box 845, Wauchula, FL 33873 representing Robert C.
