TOWNOFZOLFOSPRINGS REGULAR MEETING MINUTES  TUESDAY  APRIL 23, 2024  6:00PM  Chairman call to order: Commissioners Roll Call: Roll Call.  The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Cannon  Present: Lupe DeLeon, Rod Cannon, Didi White, Sara Schofield, Linda Roberson (Not voting), Gerald Buhr (Not voting),  Deputy Rupert (Not voting), Susan Williamson (Not voting).  Absent: Martina Zuniga. Public Hearing:  Resolution 2024-01 Water Rate Increase  Motion: Resolution 2024-01 Water Rate Increase, Action: Approve, Moved by Sara Schofield, Seconded by Didi  White.  Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes=4).  Yes: Didi White, Lupe DeLeon, Rod Cannon, Sara Schofield.  Regular Meeting: Consent Agenda: Accounts Payables Meeting Minutes Sheriff's, Statistic Reports  Robert C. Albritton presented his concerns to Commission and distributed FS 337.406. No action was taken.  Water & Waste/Water & Transportation Monthly Reports  Motion: Consent Agenda, Action: Approve, Moved by Lupe Deleon, Seconded by Sara Schofield.  Motion passed unanimously. Mayor Comments:  Requested a line be painted in the road at the stop sign at Terrier Drive and Schoolhouse Road for safety.  No May League Dinner. June will be in Davenport.
