Motion to adopt minutes of Regular Meeting 4-13-2023 made by Commissioner Steve Remke. Shadrach Hines with Waterfronts Florida Partnership updated the commission on Discover St Marks community Market Days event on May 27th having 15 vendors, for their October event they asked to borrow the cities generator and they have received half of donations for the 4th of City manager updated the commission on St Marks River Park additional parking signs with the sheriff's office issuing tickets. The Wakulla Tourist Development Council asked to put a "Brag Ron Mowrey read into the record first reading of Ordinance #23-02 An Ordinance of the The City of St Marks, Florida, Amending the Code of The City of St Marks, Florida, Article 4 Sewers and Sewage Disposal, Revising Chapter 74-107 (a)(b)(c) Fees, Deposits, Costs and Other  Seconded by Commissioner Sharon Rudd.
