Minutes Regular Meeting April 13, 2023  Commissioners Present: Commissioner Paul Sheddan, Mayor Commissioner Steve Remke Commissioner Dan Albers Commissioner Sharon Rudd Commissioner Paula Bell City Attorney Ron Mowrey City Manager Zoe Al Mansfield Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Sheddan.  Motion to adopt minutes of March 9, 2023 CRA, and Regular Meeting, March 24, 2023 with corrections made by Commissioner Paula Bell. Second by Commissioner Sharon Rudd. All in favor. Shadrach Hines with Waterfronts Florida Partnership spoke about the 4th ofJ July Fireworks donations, Ron Mowrey said he is working on the request for annexation of property next toi the Villiages of St Marks. Mr. Mowrey informed the board that by the end of June he willl be leaving as the city attorney. After discussion with Commissioner Albers about the cost and maintenance of grinder pumps, and the cities sewer revenue not being able to met expenditures, the commission directed the city attorney to Motion to have attorney amend the City of St Marks code relating to eliminating repair, care, maintenance, and replacement of grinder pumps made by Commissioner Steve Remke. Second by Motion to retain City Attorney as is till the end of. June made by Commissioner Dan Albers. Second by Motion to retain City Manager on a month-to-month basis at reduced salary made by Commissioner Motion to adjourn made by Commissioner Sharon Ryder. Seconded by Commissioner Dan Albers. Allin  that Wakulla Signs will be making the banner for sponsors.  An ad will be placed in the newspaper.  amend the grinder pump ordinance.  Commissioner Dan Albers. Alli in favor.
