SNEADS TOWN COUNCIL WORKSHOP/: SPECIALMEETING JANUARY17,2024  The Town Council oft the Town of Sneads, Florida, met in a workshop/ special session at the Sneads  Town Hall on Tuesday, January 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.  Mike Weeks called the meeting to order with the following present:  Mike Weeks, Tony Money, George Alexander, Angela Locke and Donovan Weeks, Council Members  Daniel Cox, Attorney Sherri Griffin, City Clerk Danielle Guy, Deputy Clerk And the following were absent: Vacant, Town Manager Tyler Weeks, Police Chief All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance.  The purpose oft the meeting was to discuss the position oft the town manager. Each member stressed the need for someone to be on top oft the grants and the day-to-day operations oft the town. All agreed they wanted ai manager that would get the town cleaned up. The salary was discussed and agreed would be ini the mid 60's at least. In the end all agreed that a town manager is needed. They expect them to oversee the day-to-day operations ofthe town. They want them to get the town cleaned up and get on  top oft the grant situation.
