CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING MINUTES  JANUARY 18, 2023  Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Steven Osmer convened a workshop meeting of the City Council on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 5:15 p.m., in the Council Chamber. Those present were Mayor Steven Osmer, Vice Mayor Jodi Rozycki, Councilmember Mindy Gibson, Councimember Dominick Montanaro, Councilmember David Vigliotti, City  Manager Courtney Barker and City Clerk Gwen Peirce. (TIME: 5:15 P.M.) INTERVIEW BOARD APPLICANTS  Council interviewed the following applicants: Erik Kivimaki, Dominick Montanaro, Karly Patterson, Sharon Reynolds-Mixon, Suzi Sanders, Frank Scaglione, Denise Derrick Mayor Osmer stated that the appointments would be made at the regular Council meeting  Wright.  following the workshop.
