CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING  MINUTES OCTOBER7, 2020  Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Frank Catino convened a workshop meeting of the City Council on' Wednesday, September 3, 2020, at6:45 p.m., ini the Council Chamber. Those present were Mayor Frank Catino, Vice Mayor Mindy Gibson, Councilman Mark Brimer, Councilwoman Jodi Rozycki, and City Clerk Gwen Peirce. Councilman Dominick (TIME: 6:45 P.M.) INTERVIEW BOARD AND YOUTH COUNCIL APPLICANTS Council interviewed the following Youth Council and board applicants: Payton Badders, Mayor Catino stated that board appointments would be made at the regular Council  Montanaro was absent.
