CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING MINUTES  OCTOBER 5, 2022  Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Steven Osmer convened a workshop meeting of the City Council on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 5:45 p.m., in the Council Chamber. Those present were Mayor Steven Osmer, Vice Mayor Jodi Rozycki, Councimember Mindy Gibson, Councimember Dominick Montanaro, Councimember David' Vigliotti, City  Manager Courtney Barker and City Clerk Gwen Peirce.
