CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING  MINUTES NOVEMBER 30, 2020  Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Steven Osmer convened a workshop meeting of the City Council on Monday, November 30, 2020, at 6:45 p.m., in the Council Chamber. Those present were Mayor Steven Osmer, Vice Mayor Mindy Gibson, Councilman Dominick Montanaro, Councilwoman Jodi Rozycki, Councilman David Vigliotti and City (TIME: 6:45 P.M.) INTERVIEW BOARD AND YOUTH COUNCIL APPLICANTS Council interviewed the following board applicants: Michelle Cox, Kelly Finegan and Mayor Osmer stated that board appointments would be made at the regular Council  Clerk Gwen Peirce.
