CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING MINUTES  NOVEMBER 16, 2022  Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Steven Osmer convened a workshop meeting of the City Council on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 5:15 p.m., in the Council Chamber. Those present were Mayor Steven Osmer, Vice Mayor Jodi Rozycki, Councilmember Mindy Gibson, Councilmember Dominick Montanaro, Councimember David Vigliotti, City  Manager Courtney Barker and City Clerk Gwen Peirce. (TIME: 5:15 P.M.) INTERVIEW BOARD APPLICANTS  Council interviewed the following applicants: James Brown, Padmini Dhople, Adam Floyd, Sandy Grutta, Denise Hunter, Sharon Reynolds Mixon and Jennifer Stonehouse. Mayor Osmer stated that the appointments would be made at the regular Council meeting  following the workshop.
