SNEADS TOWN COUNCIL WORKSHOP/S SPECIAL MEETING APRIL5,2023  The Town Council ofthe Town of Sneads, Florida, met in a workshop/ special meeting at the  Sneads Town Hall on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Mike Weeks called the meeting to order with the following present: Mike Weeks, Tony Money, George Alexander, Angela Locke and Donovan Weeks, Council Members  Daniel Cox, Attorney Lee Garner, Town Manager Sherri Griffin, City Clerk Danielle Guy, Deputy Clerk And the following were absent: All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance.  None  The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the resumes for Police Chief. Attorney Cox started out by suggesting that a committee go through the applications and bring back a few recommendations to the Council. This committee would be made up oft the Town Manager, Mr. President Mike Weeks, apologized to the board for not being prepared for the meeting, stating he Dononvan Weeks asked how many we were going to allow the committee to recommend. Mr. Garner asked about travel expenses ifthey were coming from afar. Tony Money stated they After discussion, Council all agreed tol have the committee bring back three suggestions for  Alexander, and himself.  had family in the hospital and that he liked Mr. Cox's plan. Angie Locke and George Alexander agreed. George Alexander said stated three.  could come to the interview or zoom in. All agreed not to pay expenses.  Police Chief.
