CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 2, 2022 Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Steven Osmer convened a regular meeting of the City Council on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., int the Council Chamber. She spoke regarding the beach renourishment project beginning in November 2023 through April 2024.
