CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 3, 2020 Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Frank Catino convened a regular meeting of the City Council on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber.
