CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING  MINUTES JANUARY 19, 2022  Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Steven Osmer convened a workshop meeting of the City Council on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber. Those present were Mayor Steven Osmer, Councimember Mindy Gibson, Councimember Jodi Rozycki, Councilmember David Vigliotti, City Manager Courtney Barker and City Clerk Gwen Peirce. Vice Mayor Dominick Montanaro was absent.  (TIME: 5:30 P.M.) INTERVIEW BOARD APPLICANTS  Council interviewed the following ad hoc committee applicants: Mike Arnold, William Booth, Frank Catino, Ron Culp, Kerry Hodges, Duane Renshaw, and Duane Swenson.
