CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 30, 2020 Pursuant to Public Notice, Mayor Steven Osmer convened a special meeting of the City Council on Monday, November 30, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber. Those present were Mayor Steven Osmer, Vice Mayor Mindy Gibson, Councimember Dominick Montanaro, Councimember Jodi Rozycki, Councimember David Vigliotti, City Manager Courtney Barker, City Attorney James Beadle and City Clerk Gwen Peirce. She provided an update on the Parking Ad Hoc Committee and spoke regarding the Youth Council presenting at the School Board on December 15 regarding sharing costs to install a water bottle filling station at Satellite High School.
