Hei is asking for ai reduction from 5'to2 2' creating a3' encroachment into the rear setback and from 20 to 4'7" on the 11th Street side creating a A Motion was made by Rawlis Leslie, second by Chris Karagiannis, to grant this request. May 115Allen Memorial Way, Parcel #05616-000R Dr. Dusty May requested a Special Exception to construct a carport on his existing driveway.
