CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Kelly Mayor calls the meeting to order at 5:00pm INVOCATION-Pastor Danny Davis Pastor Davis provides the invocation - PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Ron Chaple Mr. Chaple leads the Pledge of Allegiance  - ROLL CALL - City Clerk  Clerk calls roll with all council members noted as present  APPROVAL OF MINUTES - City Council Mr. Chaple providing the second.  Ms. Barrow provides a motion to approve the minutes as written with  Council votes unanimously to approve the motion. ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA-  Mayor Kelly asks that Mr. Lumley's request for a parcel split be added to the agenda. Mr. Sloan provides clarification that this is a combination of 3 properties to be split into Ms. Barrow makes a motion to approve the parcel combination-split as presented and  two properties  clarified with Mr. Chaple making a second  Council votes unanimously to approve the motion    Meeting Agenda Januay2,2923162024  Mayor Kelly asks that Ms. Moore from Anchor Engineering be added to the agenda to Ms. Moore presents the request to de-obligate the current loan and then re-obligate a  present an update to the SRF water improvement project  new loan from SRF  Pat Fousek requests clarification  Council and Ms. Moore provides clarification  Ms. Barrow makes a motion to allow city employees to facilitate the de-obligation, re-  obligation for the SRF loan with Mr. Chaple providing a second Council unanimously votes to approve the motion  ITEMS FROM THE AUDIENCE: (non-agenda items)  Christy Strickland 131 Cheri Lane  Inquires as to receiving help as the houses flood when it rains Mayor Kelly provides information related to the Cheri Lane property  Pat Fousek 1344 Stratford.
