CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL Consideration of the recommendation of the Parker Planning Commission for the development order permit application of Coastal Acquisition, LLC, and consideration to approve or reject the variance and conditional major development order permit application of Coastal Acquisition Mr. Sloan provides further guidance related to the variance and how the council wishes to LLC proceed Mayor Kelly asks Council if they have heard enough testimony to vote Mr. Chaple says Ithink SO Ms. Barrow states that they should do it with one motion and be done with it Ms. Barrow makes a motion to grant the variance with Mr. Chaple seconding the motion The council votes unanimously to approve the motion Mr. Sloan provides guidance on the application for the development permit A discussion ensues among Mayor Kelly and Mr. Sloan related to the approval for the Ms. Barrett makes a motion to approve the development permit with Mr. Haney providing the development permit second.
