Mayor Gibson, Vice Mayor Lindlau Commissioner McGee, Commissioner Catigano, Commissioner D. RESOLUTION: 2024-13 AF RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OAKI HILL, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING RESOLUTIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE Vice Mayor Lindlau asked about the paying of advertising andi fees that are required by those annexing intot the City. Mike McGrath, Codel Enforcement, clarified the basis fort this fee being zero. Commissioner Catigano added that annexation is desirablet for1 the City as it creates at tax base. Commissioner McGee addedi that this was to not burden the new, incoming citizen with additional fees. Het then noted that the other change was the note adding that consulting fees, etc. were due per the invoice oft the previous month fromi the previous resolution. Commissioner Catigano asked about expenses for notice, there was no languagei for thati int the Resolution. There was a discussion of this question as well as other questions about the difference between this andi the previous Resolution. Mike Arman, Magda Lane spoke about the recourse the City! hast to collect thet fees due. DATE. Motion to Pass Commissioner McGee Seconded Commissioner Hyatt. Action Unanimously Passed. E.SPECIAL EXCEPTION: 349 WARD DR-E BOATS SALES Mike McGrath gave information about the Special Exemption. Motion to approve Commissioner McGee Seconded Vice Mayor Lindlau Action Unanimously Passed. FRESOLUTION: 2024-14 ARESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OAK HILL, FLORIDA, APPROVING COST REIMBURSEMENT FOR PROPERTIES THATVOLUNTARILY CONNECTTO NEW INDIAN HARBOR ESTATES SEWER SYSTEM PURSUANTTO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING RESOLUTIONS; AND PROVIDING, AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
