After a discussion about options for the property, Consensus was reached to have Attorney Simpson reviewt the HOA agreement. 3. Waste Pro assessment to residents. City Administrator. Adams spoke about the presentation by. James Moore identifying discrepancies in what we pay Waste Pro for their services VS assessments from residents. The City Administrator introduced Ernest Peterson whoi is ai former Volusia County employee andi is currently doing consulting work for some of the Cities int the county to review their taxi rolls and make sure information is correct. Hel has done solid waste assessments to make sure citizens are receiving what they are supposed to ber receiving. Cost will be $500 per month.
