RESOLUTION NO. 2024-08-434  A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNN HAVEN, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FINAL: BUDGETFOR1 THE FISCAL YEAR2023-2024;  AND PROVIDING FOR. AN EFFECTIVE DATE.  WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lynn Haven, Florida, after proper advertising and holding public hearings on the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024, did on September  26, 2023, adopt said budget; and  WHEREAS,the CityofLynn] Haven, Florida, on. July 23, 2024, set forth the appropriations, revenues and other sources amended for the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 in the amount of  $64,471,883.  WHEREAS, the City ofLynn Haven, Florida has identified a project originally budgeted in the Surtax Fund to be moved to the General Fund in the fiscal year 2023-2024 midyear budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission oft the City ofLynn Haven, Florida, that the following additional midyear amendment to the fiscal year 2023-2024  budget is hereby approved and adopted.
