ORDINANCE NO. 2022-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER INLET COLONY, FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 17 TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLES BY AMENDING SECTION 17-3 STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING RESTRICTED OF ITS CODE OF ORDINANCES IN ORDER TO REVISE THE REGULATIONS FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION PARKING; PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL ENFORCEMENT THROUGH CODE ENFORCEMENT PROCEBDINGS; PROVIDING AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE Section 1. Chapter 17 TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLES, Section 17-3 Stopping, standing and parking restricted of the Code of Ordinances oft the Town of. Jupiter Inlet Colony is TOWN OF JUPITER INLET COLONY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 17-3. Stopping, standing and parking restricted. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to station, park or leave any vehicle on any public street, road or drive within the municipality. For purposes ofthis section, the term' "public street, road or drive" shall include all paved roadway areas open to the public, as well as all paved or unpaved areas located within the town right- of-way as shown on the plat of.
