Thei increase  over last year's s actual millage rate (0.00%). 4. Presentation of proposed Budget for FY 2022/2023  5. Public Comments: None  6. Vote: To approve the tentative millage rate of5.5600 per $1,000 oftaxable value for FY  2022/2023.  Motion: Vice Mayor Block made a motion to approve. Second: Commissioner Rosner seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-0  7. Vote: To approve tentative Estimates of Revenue and Expense for the Fiscal Year commencing on the 1st Day of October 2022 and Ending on the 30th Day of September  2023 (Annual Budget)    Motion: Vice Mayor Block made ai motion to approve. 8. Announcement: Upcoming Town Commission Meetings  Second: Commissioner Rosner seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-0.
