Mayor Ed Hocevar Called the Meeting to order at 4:00 PM.  Roll call for the record: Mayor Ed: Hocevar Vice Mayor Mark Ciarfella Commissioner Marie Rosner Commissioner Bill Muir Commissioner Sharon Seagren  Chiefo of Police Dan Kerr Town Attorney William P. Doney Town Clerk Ivelisse Chico-Randazzo  2. Interview ofTown Manager Candidates Heidi Seigel and Larry Tibbs.  Sheri Resnick conducted public interviews of Heidi Seigel and Larry Tibbs. Heidi Seigel's interview was at 4:00pm and upon completion oft the interview she spoke with some of the residents that were present. Larry Tibbsi interview began at 6:00pm and upon completion of! his interview, he also spoke with some of the residents that were present. The meeting was recessed Mayor Hocevar and the Commissioners discussed the candidates. Mayor Hocevar polled the Commissioners as to their choice for Town Manager. Mayor Hocevar, Vice Mayor Ciarfella and Commissioner Bill Muir favored Heidi Seigel. Commissioner Rosner favored Larry Tibbs and Motion: Commissioner Muir made a motion to extend aj job offer to Heidi Seigel with the Mayor and' Town Attorney to negotiate a contract with Ms. Seigel to be approved by the Town  at 7:00 p.m. Following the recess, the meeting was reconvened at 7:20 p.m.  Commissioner Seagren was not in favor ofH hiring either candidate.  Commission at a later meeting.    Second: Vice Mayor Ciarfella seconded the motion. Motion passed 4-1 (Commissioner Seagren voted no) 3.
