RESOLUTIONNO. 2024-03  Al RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER INLET COLONY, FLORIDA FILLING VACANCIES ON THE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND AN EFFECTIVEDATE: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES  WHEREAS, on March 27, 2023, the Town Commission held its annual organizational WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 3 of the Zoning Code of the Town, the Town WHEREAS, due to the resignations from the Building and Zoning Committee of Earl Fisher WHEREAS, the Town Commission desires to fill said vacancies as indicated below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE  meeting; and  Commission appoint members to the Building and Zoning Committee; and and William "Bill" Muir, there are now two vacancies on said Committee; and  TOWN OF JUPITER INLET COLONY, FLORIDA, ,THAT:  SECTION1. The above recitals are true and correct and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION2. The following individuals are duly appointed as members of the Building  and Zoning Committee:  and  The above-referenced appointments are until the next annual organizational meeting of the Townor until their successor(s) are appointed and qualified but all subject to the pleasure of the Town  Commission.  SECTION: 3. That all Resolutions or parts or Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the SECTION 4. If any provision of this Resolution or the application thereofis held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or application of this Resolution, which can  same are hereby repealed.    be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end, the provisions of  this Resolution are. hereby repealed.  SECTION5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.  PASSED AND. ADOPTED this  day ofFebruary 2024.
