Proposed Mobile Home Ordinance Presentation Alexis Crespo, the planning consultant for the City ofLaBelle presented an update on the Mobile Home Replacement Ordinance. The discussion highlighted issues faced by property owners regarding replacing dilapidated housing with mobile homes. Concerns were raised about the 2020 ownership requirement and potentialupdatesi to the ordinance. However, based on community feedback, the decision was made to keep the current code, with specific cases like inheritance and lot assembly for individual instances to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
