Wilkins Commissioner Dainel Akin Commissioner Jackie Ratica Commissioner Bobbie Spratt Commissioner Hugo Vargas Deputy City Clerk Tijauna Warner City Attorney Derek Rooney  ABSENT  Ms. Lilly Davenport reviewed the City Commission Budget line by line during the budget presentation. The commission deliberated on adjustments to specific line items such as conference travel & per diem, utility services, office supplies, among others, resulting in a decrease of  $48,209.68 from the previous year's budget.
