CalltoOrder a. Roll Call  Mayor Foley announced the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Town of Indian River Shores Cybersecurity policies and procedures. He noted for the record that the Invocation and the Pledge were done at the preceding Town Council meeting. He thanked Councilmember Auwaerter for bringing this most important matter to the forefront. He explained that due to the nature of the discussions, the meeting would Those attending the special call meeting were Brian Foley, Mayor; Sam Carroll, Vice Mayor; Bob Auwaerter, Council Member; Mary Alice Smith, Council Member and James M. Altieri, Council Member. Also attending would be Town Manager James Harpring, Deputy Town Manager/Town Treasurer Heather Christmas, Peter Sweeney, Town Attorney, Joseph Stoddard, ComPath and Gregg Campbell, Court Reporter, Indian River  be closed to the public.  Court Reporting.  Mayor Foley then announced that the Town Council would recess to special session.  2. Convene the Special Call Meeting 3. Reopen asaPublic Meeting  Mayor Foley recessed the openr meeting at 10:32 a.m. Mayor Foley reconvened the open session at 11:50 a.m.  4.
