Each September 2022 - November2022 department will be required to combine operational goals with any items from the strategic plan assigned to the department through the departments annual plan. This department plan should form the basis for budget requests and show howi the requests are linked to the strategic plan. Departmental plans will also document operational issues. Byi incorporating operational issues into the annual plan, they become a part of the flow of information back to the coordinating function of the strategic planning process. Implementation Divisions will identify current and future initiatives.
