Business: Resolution 2024-R03 Mrs. Pearce read the Resolution 2024-R03 out loud Motion to approve Resolution 2024-R03 Memorial Day Rod Run in the amount of $500.00 by Mr. Davisand 2nd by Mrs. Bishop-Vargas Discussion: None Motion Carried Mrs. Gugliuzza called roll Site Plan Review Aroma Waffle & Ice Cream Motion to approve the Site Plan for Aroma Waffle & Ice Cream with the terms they add a paved parking area on the laundromat side for 10 additional parking spaces and 2 handicap by! Review & Approval of Town Expenditures: General Fund the week of April 18th & 25th and May 2nd Motion to approve General Fund week of April 18th $7,572.08 25th $24,937.15 and May 2nd $16,144.53 totaling $48,653.76 by! Motion Carried o Mrs. Gugliuzza called roll X. Around the Council Table Mayor - Last Thursday I had the opportunity to assist with the National Day of Prayer that we had at Ewing Park. The event went well and the weather was nice with a good turnout. Mrs. Bishop Vargas- Do we have any information on the speed limit for Oak Trail. Mrs. Pearce stated that we cannot go below 20 MPH. Will get a general consensus next meeting. Ihad the opportunity to take part in the westside luncheon the Chamber hosts at. Juniors Seafood and they brought out a discovery mapi for the westside oft the County. Ido have maps for everyone to check out. Mrs. Fleming -A Absent Mrs. Kirk- None Ms. Shaw- Absent Mr. Davis - Good to be back Mrs. Pearce- None Mrs. Gugliuzza- Ms. Shaw wanted me toi inform the council she is looking into a new camera system for Ewing Park. Also, Ifinally got off duty officers to patrol the park. Mr. Williams- We have been receiving calls from the community regarding thet two houses on Dixie Avenue and we need to move forward on this. Mr. Bass- We have more people that have signed up. XI. Several individuals approached the podium to provide statements on behalf of Markets by Mariah with the approval from the Council President Mr. Bass. XII.
