Presentation  Paul Schwend introduced Rodney Mills to the council and discussed the music for the  upcoming 4th of July event.  VI. Minutes  Motion to approve the Minutes by! Ms. Shaw and 2nd by! Business:  Michael Benjamin- 45842 Dixie Avenue Callahan, FL. 32011  After lengthy discussion Mr. Benjamin was told to provide the letter from the engineer regarding the property located at 45842 Dixie Avenue before we can move forward. A water adjustment will be made to the water account if charges were applied in error.  Verizon Wireless Lease Renewal  Consensus from the council to move forward with reviewing of the agreement  from Verizon Wireless Lease Renewal.  VIII. Around the Council Table  Mayor - Fireworks ceremony on. July 04, 2024, this year and wel have expanded with live music and more vendors, gates opening at 4:00 pm with fireworks at 9:30 pm-10:00 pm. Ifa anyone would like to volunteer, please see Mrs. Gugliuzza. It is that time ofy year for State Appropriations sO if you have some things ini mind, please let me, Mr. Williams, or Mrs. Gugliuzza know. I believe the deadline is October. Ihave been speaking with Mr. Williams and Mrs. Gugliuzza about potentially asking for expansion of the wastewater plant we've had some issues this year. Also, we are in an Election Cycle Mrs. Fleming - Will the appropriations that we didn't have granted the last cycle will those get resubmitted. Mayor Knagge explained that we will have a meeting to go over all the  and the deadline for petition verification is. July 12, 2024, please do not delay.  Mrs. Bishop Vargas- Absent information before submitting. Mrs. Kirk- None  Ms. Shaw- Ihave been pricing out cameras for Ewing Park and would like to know what the council wants to do about moving forward, after a lengthy discussion the council agreed, they would like to move forward with purchasing better quality cameras for Ewing Park.  Mr. Davis- - None Mrs. Pearce- None  Mrs. Gugliuzza- Form 1 or Form 6i is due July 1, please submit Candidate Petitions to the Mr. Bass- Fire Department is excited about being able to pull back ini from the back.
