Persons Wishing to Address Council - 3 Minute Limit - Douglas Conkey 7775 Baymeadows Way, Suite 102, Jacksonville, FL. 32256 asked if we could remind the community to water between 10-4 twice a week to help with water conservation. Old Business:  Comprehensive Plan, Water Supply Facility Work Plan, and Background Data and  Analysis  Mr. Williams stated that we reached out to the Northeast Florida Regional Planning Council to update the Comp. Plan. Mr. Williams provided the council with exhibit A with the amendments.  VII. New Business:  Window Estimate for Town Hall and The Fire Station replacement by Mrs. Flemingand 2nd by! Mr. Davis  An motion to approve both estimates for Town Hall and The Fire Station window  Discussion: None Motion Carried Mrs. Gugliuzza called roll  VIII.
