Meeting start time: 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance New Business: Public Hearing  Application No. CPA 23-01 / Resolution PZ/LPA CPA 23-01/ Ordinance No. 2023-01 (Evaluation Based Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan): Consideration of an application by the Town Council to amend the text and Future Land Use Plan Map Series oft the Comprehensive Plan, based upon an evaluation completed by the Town reflecting changes in state requirements pursuant to Section 163.3191, Florida Statutes, as amended.
